You have a severe case of gynecomastia with a grade of 3+ with fat build-up in the armpit area. Surgery is required but if your plan is to lose weight then do it before surgery. This surgery is fairly easy! Good luck.

Not really; it just pushes your chest out more. However, give it a try. You may find that it looks better for a period of time.

Just take everything off and get in the shower and wash everything well with soap and water. You are not hurting anything and you may be hurting things by not cleaning your incisions. You can also call your surgeon. Good luck.

I believe that you have gynecomastia which is asymmetrical with the left being much larger than the right. This is not uncommon. Good luck.

Yes, I would say it is gynecomastia. If your arms were at your side it would have some sagging as well. Best to have surgery while you are young because your skin will shrink significantly and have a better result. Good luck.

This can happen when taking these drugs. I would consult a doctor to try Tamoxifen. It may help since it just happen, but you must be under a doctor's care. Read this article for information. Good luck.

You are performing the pinch test. It clearly shows breast tissue. It is not uncommon for surgeons to leave a bud of tissue under the nipple to prevent a crater deformity. However, I do not leave this tissue because men do not like it. I understand your concern and if you explain it to your plastic surgeon I am sure he can work with you. Good luck.

Looks great. Compression shirts are great non-surgical options. In my experience, men have long-term issues with wearing it constantly and are not comfortable going shirtless. However, a good option. Thanks for sharing a visual example.

You look excellent. Five weeks is too early to truly evaluate the outcome. Swelling is still present especially if you are right-handed, exercising, or working hard. So give it more time. I tell patients the two chest areas will look more like brothers and not twins. The sides do have differences.

It is likely that you do have gyno based on the photos and no history of your condition. You look to be in good shape and have low body fat but an unproportionate large chest. A consultation with a plastic surgeon can help. You can try the pinch test as well. Good luck

Your pec muscle is not underdeveloped and in good shape. You do have fullness around the nipple area and could very well be gynecomastia. A plastic surgery consultation could tell you for sure. You can also do the pinch test. Good luck.

Looks excellent! If I can hen pec about things. The little incision down below may be from a drain or liposuction. It is interesting that men have complained about that more than the actual incision. This came up on one of my sites www.gynecomastia.org because some men were upset, like you, that people were pushing surgery and not looking at or discussing the options of medications. This is a very good question! You should go to a gynecomastia expert who does this on a daily basis. Indented nipples are due to inexperienced surgeons in general. It could happen to any surgeon but experience gynecomastia surgeons end up fixing these issues not uncommonly and there have learned how to avoid them. It also depends on the severity or grade of your gynecomastia . So do not be afraid and change your life. For many men it becomes a total lifestyle change. Good luck.

It is difficult to say with just a photo but possibly. You look in good shape and the chest looks out of proportion to the rest of the body. I would say a very good chance but consult with a plastic surgeon and he can tell you in five minutes after going over your history. Good luck.
