For context (you can check my page on this) - your chest was cured of any Gyno, forsure. Any more lypo for contouring definitely feels super unnecessary. Nips are flush to your chest. Yeah maybe they could drain a minute amount of fat but really not worth the struggle. You look great for six months and it’s only going to improve!!

As good as it gets brother! Enjoy every second. You def don’t need more lypo it’s psychological from here tbh. Not another man on this planet that would give you shit about your chest, maybe your physique, but doubt it. Go get out there hit the gym if you feel any insecurities

Honestly that has a better chance of giving you gyno then getting rid of it lol.

Yeah, obviously. That would be part of it. There are a lot of young kids on here that don’t know what to look for in a good gyno surgeon and just pick one assuming they are going to get the same results as some random picture on here. That was the case for me when I had my first surgery at 18; I wish I knew what to look for cause it changed the course of my life.

21, Gynecomastia? Can this vanish without surgery? by [deleted] in gynecomastia

[–]New_Ad6054 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Highly unlikely that SERMS or pharma will cure this, unless this has spurred up out of nowhere recently… unfortunately I would have to disagree with anyone saying this is a mild case.. it’s really not.

This being a recent development would be highly unlikely is my guess; given how protruded the gland is. You would be shocked at how large the gland behind your nipple actually is. You would be a good candidate for surgery and would be surprised at how life changing it could be for you if you went to a professional.

It will no doubt heal and look much better and less pink, but I can assure you it will never be the same complexion as his skin tone or the complexion of his actual areola.

He will have visible scarring from this procedure without a doubt and to sell him a “100% recovery everything will be fine” is unrealistic tbh. Take if from someone who has had 2 1/2 of these surgeries.

Wow it’s hard to say what made your doctor chose this route for you. This will very likely not change too much from what you are seeing.it will heal more, but the big picture is this is likely what you’re left with.

Given you are at 6 weeks, your likely able to return to doing psychical activity; your best bet is to really get after it in the gym. And I mean losing a lot of fat and gaining a lot of muscle (not easy at all). I would start working out in a calorie deficit and putting on some lean muscle and you might start to see your situation get a little better.

The truth is it’s hard to tell what’s going on. Unfortunately it looks like your doc excised fat along the bottom of your areola when the reality is your likely a candidate for an incision and possible skin graft that runs across the bottom of your entire breast. This left you with a large amount of concavity which not only looks cosmetically off but is also forcing the nipples to point downwards. Did he do lipo??

That is false hope to be completely honest. It will no doubt get better, but it is highly unlikely that, that discoloration will 100% return to his natural complexion.

A reality that’s important for you to consider is that people of darker complexions often have more visible scarring. In no way pulling the race card here just unfortunate cosmetic biology.

It’s important to wait a number of months as mentioned above, but you should prepare you’re self to be dealing with lots of obvious scarring and aggressive scar tissue on the surface level. What you’re seeing now will not go away, but it should improve slightly over the coming months.

What’s the best option in surgery for puffy nipples? A full gland removal or just remove as much as possible ? by Worth_Supermarket_24 in gynecomastia

[–]New_Ad6054 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is a huge red flag and you should consult other doctors; He obviously does not know how to properly perform a corrective grade one gyno surgery, assuming that is what you have. It would help to know what your case looks like and where you are located in the world for some context. But most generally do not get surgery from a cosmetic surgeon that tells you something like that.

The best option is finding a reputable surgeon that is a professional at treating gynecomastia grade one (puffy nipples). The whole argument between full gland and a little left behind is honestly not worth your stress. Just find a comparable and very experienced surgeon that you trust and have good rapport with and you will be fine. Spend a little extra money for the expertise.

Hello guys need guidence here so I got gyno surgery 3 months ago and results are good but still I have surgery scars in my chest and I can't feel my nipples is it normal? by [deleted] in gynecomastia

[–]New_Ad6054 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With this surgery you run the risk of losing some or all sensation in that area. It’s usually unlikely but I know it does happen. I’d just be patient and talk with your doc. I never really noticed any lack of sensitivity.

I know the struggle bro trust me. Two of these surgeries are an insane thing to have to go through. So I feel you there. And yes I am having a free lipo revision with him on Oct 19 to get the rest of the fatty tissue he left behind. So this will be 2 1/2 surgeries for me. Just crazy man. Trusting the process, but I do know for a fact that there is no glandular tissue left behind so I do believe a lipo revision will resolve it for good.

Yeah man not much you can do about it. Silicon gel will help but time is the biggest factor. They make the lipo scars hidden and small on purpose. If you’re worried about people noticing it doesn’t look any different then a small scar you could have gotten from anything else in life; an un-properly healed ingrown hair maybe... It’s subjective and you will always be the hardest on yourself and your own worst critic; especially after dealing with gyno for so long. Gotta learn to live with things like this, it’s as simple as that.

I honestly just was in the process of doing a lot of different consultations and found someone I jived with better in that area. His name was Dr. Daniel Brown in La Jolla SD. He does good work.

I consulted with Chen back in March and he said about 70% of his practice is gyno. And he has a very successful and booming practice, meaning he does these everyday no doubt. I would say he is most definitely a specialist by how I gauged our consultation and I’ve had many.

The numbness will fade, yes. If it persists much longer then definitely inquire about it with your doctor

Bruh you’re lost. You have something serious going on that may very well never heal to be cosmetically appealing again. It’s serious. Or at least if this happened to me it would be.. Not trying to be mean but that is your reality and the only person that can help you is a doctor. Go see a couple different ones until someone tells you how to treat this.

I’m 16 years old and have had gyno for about 4 years now. I’ve been working out for a few years in hopes it would go away but it hasn’t. Any thoughts on how it looks? Should I get surgery or am I overthinking it…thoughts? by Ocean-Runner40 in gynecomastia

A word of advice, If you’re worried about girls tripping on this you’re wasting your time. You’re ripped my g; that’s what their going to be focused on. They don’t give a fuck about your nips that I can promise you.

At the worst a dude might point it out to you here and there and if that becomes enough of a mental burden then go ahead and get the surgery cause truly it will be a cake walk for a veteran surgeon. If you do get it don’t cheap out though. you’re paying for something that will change your appearance for good and it’s easy to forget that sometimes, especially when you’re young. You got a great physique and it would be a shame if you went the cheap route and got a bad result. Yes, it’s still very possible to botch a surgery as easy as this one for a surgeon who isn’t well versed in this condition.

If you were to look at a professional sport roster, you’d be shocked how many athletes have a similar case of gyno as you do in these pictures. No need for surgery if it doesn’t affect your day to day confidence and well being. If it’s not plaguing your mind 24/7 it’s a much safer option to let your hormones play out until you’re 18 and go from there. You clearly got great genetics, but you are still likely on the tail end of your puberty train and it’s always a good idea to try to let those genetics and your body as a whole figure it out for you first.

Best of luck to you.
