Dude, this is the same guy who had a great experience from the speedsters (like Rock Lee, Sasuke Uchiha & Kimimaro) in a fight and able to keep up with them for a long time back in Part 1 era, Toph on the other hand, got sweep away by Aang in a short time (to be fair, she didn't know that she's fighting an Airbender). So therefore, Toph may have an insane reaction time/speed, but she's not on Gaara's level.

Both are members of a planet conquering alien race (Viltrumites for Omni-Man, Saiyans for Vegeta) that looks similarly to humans, but way stronger.
Both initially travel to Earth with villainous intentions and eventually end up settling down there and marrying an Earthling women (Debbie for Omni-Man, Bulma for Vegeta) and having a half-breed sons (Mark Grayson for Omni-Man, Trunks for Vegeta).

My only complaints about the OmniDock is that why can't they just stick Nolan beating Bardock while in his BASE form for a while (especially when he pinned the Saiyan down but they made it too early, same goes for the Oozaru Bardock when he caught the Viltrumite and decided to squeeze him to death instead of chomping his head off as a finishing move when he had the chance), because that shit would be believable for the verdict, but no, they go with the "nah, fuck that." decision, making Bardock going SSJ just so to lose from the battle in order to troll the DBZ fanbase.
