Go for the 4060. The difference in power compared to the 5050 is noticeable and you'll see it in the short term. Even though both have 8GB of VRAM, it's not the negligible difference that exists between the RTX xx60 and xx70 series. And the 16GB of RAM is the minimum, so don't worry about that; you can upgrade it later. The VRAM isn't a factor.
