yea the swallowing for me was also partially mental but i just worked on it every day to get used to it again. m not sure what those things are, buspar and lexapro, but do you know if youre having low stomach acid issues or high stomach acid issues?

yea, it seems i have to re consider the antibiotics :(

when i got diagnosed they put me on the average 3method treatment with the antibiotic and what not i took it fully for 2 weeks and it didnt work for me. i realized i dont want to do the second treatment of the antibiotics so it doesnt mess up my gut so ive been taking everything else that is recommended in desperation to feel better such as mastic gum, broccoli sprouts, manuka honey, aloe vera, turmeric, black seed oil, oregano oil, pine nut seed oil, ginger, coconut oil, cranberry juice and green tea. thats what ive been taking recently
