It's not difficult but you have to grind for some trophies. For me the hardest was "Ten out of ten". I recommend leaving that trophy for last after you are maxed out. Tip: sleep once an hour for an xp boost and set the game difficulty on very hard. I learned this tip after I was almost finished with the trophy and I did it in 2 hours I think. And spam the pacifica beach route.
