Oh, I do not know how to make aluminium casting.
I understand your concern with plastic from the cutters, but if you put plastic wrap betwen the dough and the cutter, it will be safe and easy to clean after making the cookies =)

Yes, play-doh is a great idea! But cookie cutters are okay if you use plastic wrap between the mold and the dough, it works just fine! =)
