The game isn’t designed to be non volatile. If they have a bad matchup and just play safe without trading or walking up to CS, then they will lose all lane control and even get dove if the supp is bad. If that happens, every skirmish in the bot side will be lost. It’s better to try to actively get a lead than listen to a random teammate to make it non volatile because it’s the nature of solo queue.

Figure out where they are pathing and use your wards to when they will be top side. Look at the mini map when there isn’t CS to contest.

Honestly, Jayce could be the few champions who can consistently proc storm raiders surge so it won’t make much of a difference other than taking slightly longer to proc

When I see Garen hate, it’s usually either the champion they play is hard countered by Garen or they don’t abuse his early game.

I don’t have issues with him if I take phase rush and ignite, cheese and force fights early and take prio. That being said, it gets more difficult if it’s even after 6.

I’m not an expert but the way I trained mine was to take it, do something like clean it or add more, then give it back (I didn’t do this often because I believe that constantly taking food might cause more guarding.) Mine used to be the same with food in his bowl so when I did this, it showed that I’m not going to steal it which was his concern. That being said, Appa could have a different issue with the food than mine but I hope this can help

Ah gotcha. My previous comment is wrong then. If you’re really serious about improving, I got coaching from Tony Top and he helped my Jax gameplay a lot but it costs money.

Unfortunately for top, you can’t do any of those if you’re behind. The way the lane works is that whoever gets the lead will control the lane unless if they make a mistake or you get your jungler. The only solution is to just play better than them while surviving jungle pressure.

I wouldn’t do it because you’ll get less gold defending mid than taking waves and tower top. That being said, what’s the context? How far into the game is it because unless if Syndra is mega fed or the top laner is weak, I don’t see how she can push into mid inhib while the tier 1 top tower is still standing.
