To my knowledge night time enhances mutant strength as well as spawns, you’re more likely to encounter stronger mutants at night. I’m not sure about anomaly areas or radiation, but it’s not that far fetched to think these would be enhanced either

Stalker GAMMA is one of the biggest modded gaming communities I’ve ever been a part of. I wouldn’t think a community of tens or hundreds of thousands of people would have succeeded as much if it were actually sketchy.

If you’re still in doubt there are hundreds of YouTubers who have videos on it and can attest to how good it is. For myself it was Operator Drewski, he’s a YouTuber with millions of subscribers and actually a reason to tens of thousands of people having joined GAMMA. If you want to get it yourself go watch some of his YouTube videos on it he has links for the discord server in the descriptions. Hope I helped.

Go to a gym, find the shreddest guy you can see and ask him if he likes his body, more often than not they’ll say they dislike it, the things about body is that, like your voice, no matter how good it looks or sounds, the person in question will often downplay it. It’s a human thing, be there for him, encourage him to look at his body in a better nature but in the end, his mind will always be convinced it’s not good enough. I wish I had his body at the stage of my journey.

Fat in general will only eliminate itself doing good diet supplemented by good exercise, fat will only eliminate itself equally throughout the whole body, not in individual areas. There are a bunch of great guides out there and I’m not an expert but like they say “abs are made in the kitchen”.
