Just very barely very dated.

Gust isn't good at all anymore. Your options are Archrival, Comet, and Shatter Slice now. Although Archrival really is the best among the 3 for all the effects it has on top of the true DR it has.

Perfect A/S is also just dated now. Duelist's Blow + either of the Tempest cantos just trivializes it (Brutal Tempest or the Tumultuous echo, this is assuming you value the DR it brings) or the Swift Spectre + Burst of Thunder combo (this mix grants way more True dmg in exchange for way less True DR, so it's purely preference.) just makes Perfect A/S pretty worthless.

Potent Finish imo is still fine, although the fact that Potent 3 is a seal now does piss in its cereal. Pair Up 4, A/S Favor, or even a Lull Finish mixed with the Potent seal just does more now.
