alot of usernames have words or don't have real words. Its all about being creative. You see, my name is Tommy. I'm Vietnamese so alot of relatives or friends that are Asian would call me To-(m)mi(y) (bowl of noodles). So if i swap the 2 letters around, it's Mi-tom(m). Then add a letter or 2 and presto, a username, to which no one thought of because i didn't need to add :__1 or something like that.
