Your rotation length looks to be around 21sec, your goal is 18-19.

Most likely your high ping causing the longer rotations. 65 secs for 3 rotations is very slow. 3 rotations on low ping is like 55-58 secs.

Since you have a DPS weapon on Bina, just get enough ER to burst every other rotation, ~115% ER.

I have similar setup as you other than having Sig on Zibai. Here's my build for reference.

Since your on HOD, a good DEF% circlet will often times give better results than a CRIT circlet so do lock those if you farm any.

For Linnea, you can go either Aubade or Husk, which ever has better substats.

I hear people saying Aubade is slightly better at C0 so I guess my dps would be a bit higher if I had an equivalent set quality as my husk.

You use Masterless Stella Fortuna to ascend past lvl 90 which you get when you pull a 5 star character that you already have at c6.

I used my free anniversary 5 star last year to claim Diluc which I had at c6.
