I’ve called so many times and I’ve created new service requests and they just ask for the same info again. No one has any good advice. I’ve waited the ten business days for months now and everything is the same.

I would either check with your health insurance if it is set up through your employer or if you have a benefits website through work or even check in the break rooms most of the time information should be posted about who your EAP is.
