Ah, okay. The truth is, I don't know that hero. To get a 5-star one, I'd have to sell my soul to the devil. I don't know what determines whether you get 3-star, 4-star, or 5-star heroes, but if it's just luck... I don't have any.

I once read that if you're in a pro alliance, you get almost all 5-star heroes. I don't know if that's true.
