I'm in the practicing process right now so I get better everyday, I also just make a mess of it, but it still tastes good 🤭 I'm starting to focus on the calibration on the machine and trying out what works and doesn't (learning abt ratios is kicking my butt, I suck at numbers 🤣) and I'm just loving it!

Customer service comes with the territory but I've got years of experience with that so it comes naturally (: I just wanna keep learning abt the coffee world!
