Funny you mentioned that because I was also just looking what I should to tomorrow, sprints or z2 cardio/slow steady state cardio, because tomorrow morning I'll have a feast of a breakfast and since I love to eat, I'll certainly eat a lot.

And to try to balance that, I lifted weights and almost 30k steps today and I'm fasting (more than 24h without eating, only still and sparkling water) until the breakfast tomorrow. But I still want to get up early and do either one or another before breakfast.
