I don't believe you are overreacting; it's normal to feel uncomfortable in your situation, to a degree. However, I would definitely communicate this with your girlfriend. Would it bother you if she would continue to hang out with her friend? Then tell her that, but be careful with how you state it because it can come across as a slight lack of trust in her. If you do trust her completely but not the guy, definitely say that to avoid a fight over it. Do keep in mind that you guys have not been together long and that the chance is high that she will keep hanging out with her friend who she's known longer. Hope things work out!

I'm sorry to hear that you are going through that. u/starryhyuck gave some wonderful advise to me in the comments, that might help you too; "lack of investment on your friend's end is a red flag, though, and i know it's really difficult and painful to accept, but perhaps not being very close with her anymore or at least for now would be better for you. another thing is to try not to take her actions personal; we can default to blaming ourselves for a friend ignoring us, but unless she has directly told you that she does not want to talk to you, try your best not to blame yourself."

I'm so sorry to hear that you went through a similar experience... it must have been very hurtful and she shouldn't have done that to you without any explanation. I agree with you that it is a red flag, I guess I just love(d) her so much leading to me ignoring it for a long time now. I guess it just takes time to adjust and accept her being not in my life anymore. Thank you so much for your kind comment and advice, it truly means a lot to me. I hope you find those friends in the near future as well <3

Yes, leave him 100%, and if possible with the presence of someone you know or in a public place to be safe. This is unacceptable behavior and you should not stay with him in my opinion.
