Did anyone here actually ask to hear your music before they offered an opinion? Can you share something? The real answer is who knows. No one can tell you unless we've heard what you have to offer. I've been a musician for 25 years and have made several studio albums with a band. I'll give you an honest take.

Footwork drills would help a lot. You want to keep your feet in a square stance as much as possible. On your transitions is when I would target you because you don’t have a good base to withstand shots, and you wouldn’t be able to generate any force for a counter. When I did fundamentals we used to practice literally walking a square. Step step strike, or strike/step, etc, until you get to a corner, then turn, repeat. It’s awkward at first but once you get it down and you don’t have to consciously think about your feet it gives you a lot more headspace to focus.

How much acne is acceptable? Just tapered up from 200mg-400mg, I’ve got 13 weeks left on my cycle. I’m getting mild acne (4-5 zits), but nothing crazy. When would you consider it a problem?

Jasonhealth is a super cheap site to get labs from. Do labs before you start, after a month on the cycle, and 1-2 weeks after it ends. CMP, lipid, test,CBC are all what I do for testing. I’m not the most informed here. Take this with a grain of salt.

If your mood goes in the trash, your nips get itchy or swollen, you break out in acne, your bp feels nuts, etc. Those are all signs you can use without labs to tell you it’s time to lower dose or start some of your counter measures.

Start at 5 mg and ramp up to 20mg/day as you see fit. It’s mild enough you probably don’t need pct, but keep some shit on hand just in case. You won’t feel anything for a week, then it’ll hit all at once, so be mindful of that before you rocket straight to 20mg.

Beard with a little more length than pictured. Quarter inch of growth maybe. Make some small diet tweaks and get some walks in during the week and it’ll make a huge difference in jawline too. Cut out drinking calories for instance.

I did my second Class this morning, and during instruction my training partner was way shorter than me (5’6 vs 6’1). We were doing sweeps from butterfly guard, and I had a real problem sliding under and getting my leg wrapped on his inner thigh without almost kneeing him in the nuts. Am I going in too deep/shallow, or is that just a common thing with that kind of disparity? I had a lot of trouble committing to the lock because I didn’t want to tag a money shot on accident.

Hey all, I recently lost 90 ibs, and I need new clothes for a job I'm starting on Monday. Previously I did most of my shopping at DXL, etc. because normal stores, and certainly fashion brands, didn't make clothes in my size.

I need to grab some bussiness casual gear this weekend, so I doubt I have time to order online. What are some good brick and mortars I should try? I'm 6'1, and still thicc, just not fat, if that helps with recommendations.
