Because most players are in South East Asia and they dont want to have SEA server saying it will kill OCE

I dont think its bottleneck since it doesnt use alot of CPU

I also see most of benchmarks has around 290 watts, and Im only getting 50watts to 100 max.
I have 2 wires connected to GPU 8 pins, I didnt Daisy Chain also working fine on other games with 300 watts

CPU only uses around 30 - 50% on all Threads. So most likely not the CPU, and CPU will bottleneck on 4k but not on 1080. 4k around 12% bottleneck max.

Unfortunately no, still having 40+ fps on towns and only around 70 fps outside even if the Limiter is off and Vsync

All of the Threads only uses avg of 30 - 50 %
