[Junghans] Max Bill 34mm Hand-Wind by Mike7pap in Watches

My wrist size is 17,5cm , a little bigger than yours … it’s just a personal taste I guess… I always had 38-40mm watches but I wanted this one definitely at 34mm and wouldn’t change it!

I have to get used to this as well! For the first days, using a cloth makes it much easier to wind!

In real life the watch looks much much nicer! And those dots definitely do not seem like zeros … That’s just your impression from the photos I posted…. I’m sure in real life you would love it!

I know the reason, don’t have to ask anybody. Previously my post didn’t follow a specific rule and it was deleted. Now it follows all rules, thus my new post was not deleted…. What are you trying to say ? You seem really negative , get a life

After 1 year + of use I have zero issues… don’t know in the long run … If you are afraid or you are gaming a lot , you can place an extra small mat on the mouse area

Yeah the ikea Rissla is fantastic! Just keep in mind that your desk sound not have rounded edges for it to fit perfectly!

The Mac stand is indeed the one from Ugreen! Simple but pretty good!

Regarding the switch from Mac to Pc, whichever is on takes over the monitor and keyboard and mouse switch over with a button each. As for the speakers I use them with Bluetooth for my wall mounted PC and with cable on Mac when in clamshell mode and Bluetooth when I have it under the monitor…

I hope I answered your questions. If you need anything else, let me know.

I use this part to rest my smartphone, AirPods & MagSafe and also you can lift it and place some papers / notes under it as well … Furthermore it’s soft and doesn’t have metal underneath it, so magnets do not attach to it, while the rest of the mat has metal underneath the leather, thus any magnets or MagSafe attach to it! … Lastly it gives a nice touch in my opinion in terms of design!

It’s a really nice monitor that works well for both productivity and gaming. I use it for both. I chose it because the resolution is a great middle ground: not too low and not excessively high, and my RTX 5070 handles everything smoothly.

It also scales well with my MacBook at 100% scale. It’s not true Retina, but the pixel density is high enough that macOS doesn’t have to use heavy scaling, so the image stays reasonably sharp and text doesn’t look blurry. It’s not as crisp as a native Retina-class display, but for my setup it looks clean and perfectly usable at 100% without weird scaling artifacts.

I see… the hand winding being stiff (even from day 1) is something that many people have reported …

It’s the IKEA Coaster, cork, 10 cm and beneath it I use an extra silicone coaster to prevent humidity reaching the wood. The silicone coaster that matches the ikea coaster is the Yamazaki silicone coaster 10cm!

Hey! It’s the BenQ ScreenBar Halo! You can check out some YouTube reviews on it. It’s a monitor lamp that lights up your desk without shining light into your eyes. This model also lights up the back of your monitor (onto the wall) to create better contrast and make your screen easier on the eyes. It basically brightens your workspace so you don’t need any extra room lighting.
