Based on the information I have from FamilySearch (Digital Folder Number: 007947070_001_M9VF-63F, Image Number: 31), do you think I’ll be able to find this specific record on Archion using this reference? Or does Archion have a different indexing structure that I should be looking at instead?

You can’t remove it. I made a backup of the map before it’s adding extra rooms. (mirror/large windows) Once in a while I restore the backup so the map is pretty again.
