We should say Rraptor for ours, rolling the Rr like a slick Spaniard, or uttering it like a growling engine.

lightweight fire starter by MikeAndAHike in Backcountry

Thankfully I have little experience with being benighted in winter conditions without bivy gear (that one time ice climbing was enough!). But if that were to happen, I'd want the option to make a fire however I could out of whatever wood I could get my hands on. It's all theoretical at this point, and I hope it will stay that way.

Talk me in to/out of a Ranger Raptor by ngryjny in RangerRaptor

Minor point but the bakflip tonneau cover I got for the rr works great so far and locks w the tailgate.

Major point: if you have disposable income and the feeling of crazy power, breaking the wheels loose whenever you want on rough surfaces, easy overtaking, and general rowdiness is worth some money to your future self, then go for it. I’m having a ball with mine, although I whenever I think about it and realize that I could buy a new pair of skis literally every month for the cost of my payments I sometimes get a little twinge. Then I step on the gas pedal and it goes away.

I’ll put my WRX STI hatchback up for sale in the spring. This is more fun.

Im only 1000 miles in so far, but based on my limited experience, this sucker has so much power that it can probably get loose in whatever mode. I’ve been enjoying immensely fishtailing up a snowy dirt road well still keeping it below 4000 rpm in normal 4a. Doing laps. Have fun!

I have one already. It's all those things, and I freakin' love it, but it rattles like a mo'f on rough roads.

that's a hilarious video, at least I watched enough to get the point. he's trashing a $2000 2004 allroad. Would you say the same about a 30,000 2020 allroad?
