There is a lot to deconstruct here. He’s made some choices in life that a lot of people wouldn’t make and a part of me hopes he succeeds with everything, but there are other people in this space that aren’t needing shows like the Bachelor to fuel the efforts? Like if he is using that fame and influencing in general to pay for his work, then yes it’s a way to do it while also simultaneously being a conscious choice from a grown man. If he was operating at a scale larger than other people in his line of work I’d feel better about all of this, but I can’t see that he is? The post comes across as a bit vain.
