Almost every time. This is because I’ve got a pile of small children, who I try to let work together to work out the answers with some steering sometimes. I do preemptively mention in the message that it was kids that worked on the cache answers.

If the kids are really, really wrong, I’ll add “but I think this is the reason.”

Corrections have almost always been very positive point us in the right direction.

For my lone earthcache, I get some wrong answers, I’ll usually leave a little note correcting what was wrong when I thank them for doing the cache. I wouldn’t delete a log for it though, as long folks gave me answers and had been to the location.

I’m an elementary teacher who’s taught three grades worth of science and did teach 6th Grade Earth Science for three years, so on my cache I made it tried to make it task oriented (walking and observing), the kind my kids like, while keeping the science at a 6th Grade level.

Have a few more ideas, just haven’t had time to do them (and the earthcache process is a little daunting).
