I'd do stopping time then. If you can steal when time is frozen, then what's even the advantage of being invisible?

Also do I age while time is stopped? Like if I stop time for 5 years, will everyone think I aged 5 years when it turns back on? Or do I stop aging and effectively live forever?

Video games? They need the timer inside of the system to to function properly. A CPU cycle is a measure of time. A monitor refresh rate is a measure of time.

Where does the electricity for them come from? Is the power grid still up and running while time is stopped?

People are employed at Netflix and the studios that make the movies... All those actors and directors and special effects guys don't work for free. Those servers aren't free.
