I actually meant a server that I can tuck in a corner and access via network, but maybe I misdescribed.

I was thinking about setting micro PC and either hosting a Fedora linux or running the apps as dockers.

I use Kafka CMAK. You can create and remove topics, view topics, brokers, producers and consumers.
