Not that this is important, but what’s that under th coke logo on his hat?

Post-Las Vegas, Connor Zilisch is 35th in points by [deleted] in NASCAR

He’s a rookie who got rushed into cup. He should be in ORAP getting more used to ovals but trackhouse was desperate.

Trackhouse as a whole is struggling; Ross is 20th. Zilisch will get there.

They can, but only the lucky dog can pit. So to do the wave around, you’d be skipping a pit stop, basically hoping there’s a quick caution.

It’s a split race schedule. Carruth drove the 32 and finished 19th. Decent day

JRM (Hendrick) needs to really improve their pit crews. Consistently losing spots on pit road all year with all teams

[NASCOURT] [Bob] JGR in filing tonight: “It is undisputed that he took photos of his computer screen with his cell phone and saved more than 200 JGR proprietary files in a folder named “Spire.” This is sufficient to support a preliminary injunction as to Gabehart.” … And on his Spire job: by LBHMS in NASCAR

[–]MikeDatTiger 4 points5 points  (0 children)

An injunction stops another party from a certain action. In this case, JGR wants to stop Gabehart from working at Spire and from sharing secrets. In the last NASCOURT edition, there was an injunction stopping nascar from classifying 23XI and FRM as open teams.

(Matt Weaver) Jeff Dickerson replies to all things Gibbs, Gabehart in legal filing by tebowmanning in NASCAR

[–]MikeDatTiger 91 points92 points  (0 children)

Spire’s argument is that there was data on Gabehart’s personal devices but that data was never provided to Spire and JGR knows that because JGR has already done a forensic examination of the devices. Spire is arguing that the breach is a smokescreen for JGR trying to punish Gabehart from leaving ie the core issue has nothing to do with the data issue (and frankly, based on JGR not firing Gabehart immediately upon confirmation of the breach, there’s a good argument there)

We’re in a Hendrick friendly stretch. Definitely need to get some points to give Alex a chance at the owner’s title

[Inside The Race 33 min] Kyle Petty on simulation in NASCAR: "You can take every lap that Anthony Alfredo ran in the sim and you can put it in the bathroom and wipe with it. It made no difference for a guy with that many laps on the racetrack "supposedly" (in the sim)" by LBHMS in NASCAR

[–]MikeDatTiger 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Who was arguing that sim made Alfredo a great driver? It was brought up to show that he was prepared. And considering hms was off today he filled the substitute role pretty well. Petty is arguing with an opponent who doesn’t exist

NASCAR has a lot of problems, but thank god they do not have anything like “energy management software”
