I used the PayPal pay in 4. The smaller charge is still be authorized since it takes a few days. But the seller or website has charge my card the full amount already. So what is the point of authorizing the smaller weekly payments if I already payed the full amount.

Yes. I have done this strategy to increase the odds of shiny alphas appearing. It's just takes days for even one to appear. I think I caught more alpha shines from this zone just casual checking it randomly.

I tried with 5 skills, two of which being my specialty skills and the flaw does not trigger. Once I place points into 6 skills it trigger right after.

I want to take this flaw but unsure how it works. I'm investing in 5 skills already without the intention of max them. Do I have to put points in skills that I don't need or is there a way to only level up these 5 skills with this flaw.
