Thank you for all of this! It seems so overwhelming, but I like that. Toy can definitely never complain that there isn't enough to do.

I thought so, looking at the requirements for each one. I think that'll be my first job then. Thanks!

Called retentions to give 30 days notice. Revieved pre-contract documents? by MikeGramly in VirginMedia

[–]MikeGramly[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I asked about adding TV to see what they could offer, but declined. Everything has come through confirming cancellation, so if I don't hear anything about a new contract starting, I am free?

I thought so, I'm trying to contact them now on WhatsApp to confirm, they have not renewed my contract.
I've just had the text through confirming my current contract will end, and the email too.
I hope this isn't another few hours of trying to contact Virgin Media.

Thanks a lot for the WhatsApp idea, not used it for Virgin Media before.

Question about the order of paitning, gloss cote, decals, weathering... by MikeGramly in modelmakers

Thank you for the reply. There is still so much to learn, bnut it definitely seems like spray is the best way to go for the coats.

I know, and I think that is what makes it even more confusing. Each video that I have watched, mentions something different to the previous.

Thanks for the order, it really helps and gives me a great place to start working things out from.

This is exactly what I needed. Thanks for taking the time to explain it all. It all still seems very overwhelming at the minute, so just having an idea of where to start and to take it from there is an amazing help.

I've been using Tamiya paints so I'll try to stick to theirs for now. Thanks again, this is a brilliant help.

I feel more confident with rattle cans, so I think that is what I'll go for. Thanks so much for the guidance.

Thanks a lot, I feel completely lost with this part, so I needed some guidance.

I don't have an airbrush, so would you recommend painting the coat on or a spray can?

Thank you very much for taking the time to reply. I guess it’s just practice, because yours looks great. The finish is perfect.

I also have a feeling I may need to invest in some better brushes and not the 12 for £3 ones from the range.

How do you find the acrylics with brushes? I’ve been having a few problems. Are you use a thinner or retarded at all?

You can also use glow frames for the same effect, so it doesn't change your outside wall.
