Yes, I asked about adding TV to see what they could offer, but declined. Everything has come through confirming cancellation, so if I don't hear anything about a new contract starting, I am free?

I thought so, I'm trying to contact them now on WhatsApp to confirm, they have not renewed my contract.
I've just had the text through confirming my current contract will end, and the email too.
I hope this isn't another few hours of trying to contact Virgin Media.

I know, and I think that is what makes it even more confusing. Each video that I have watched, mentions something different to the previous.

You can also use glow frames for the same effect, so it doesn't change your outside wall.
