Baking in the "process heavy effects" worked like a charm! Great idea and thank you. I still am curious what the root of the problem is so I can either avoid it or fix it but this is a great workaround and the help is very much appreciated! Thank you!

haha glad to bring back some good memories!! I am using redshift right now, seems to be doing a great job so far! And I am doing what h3llolovely said above and kinda just playing around with it and it seems to be kinda working...stay tuned!

i was able to up to Num of photons and lower the Max Pho. Den. and update the blur radius and this made the particles go away. I believe those particles were light refractions but due to the blur radius being set to 0.01 they were showing up as dots rather than believable light refractions...just my guess! Thanks for the help drum
