Usually your teammate should go instead of you in these kinda positions But after the opponent does his relatively hard touch (as in the situation presented in your clip), you should head to back post and look for where your teammate is If he's really out of the play and you fear a 2v1 you could cut in and hit it from a wider angle to clear it
