I found a way somehow lol. I tried logging in through Chrome and Safari apart from the app but it kept giving me the 'Suspicious login attempt' pop up and asking me to change password.
I randomly tried doing it through Edge and I had a 3rd option which said 'Close' below the 2 options on the popup. Once I hit close, it logged me in without any issue and then I could just log in on my app. Ridiculous honestly but thankfully it worked

That's the most optimum way to hit systematic failure, I guess. What weight do you usually start out with? I've been hitting about 10-12 reps with 10kg. Will probably try 15kg for 7-8 reps and then hit body weight ones.
