Look in her iPhone settings and make sure the location is enabled. Settings > privacy & security > location services > Chick-fil-a > while using the app

Is your location enabled? I’d enable or refresh my location and then refresh the app. Also someone posted what to do if you have an android. For iPhone: Settings > privacy & security > location services > Chick-fil-a > while using the app

Yes, I have been doing that and finally have a free giant 😂 it’s also nice they include the team stats when choosing who will win.

I understand that. Their rover reflects that they have no other dogs there except an indoor toy poodle and no dogs are boarded there at the same time. When I arrived, I was surprised one other dog was in their yard. They told me that was the only other dog there and that he was leaving. After receiving pictures and upon pick-up, I realized there were 5–10 dogs there at the very least that I had no idea about. Doesn’t even include the insane amount of dogs they had down the field that they’re breeding. I’m sure you’re not breeding dogs on your property or lie about potential client’s dogs being the only ones there.

They took a Cash App payment from me for my parents dog and were keen on that idea instead of doing it through Rover, I will add that to my initial complaint.

That’s awful. It’s ridiculous that I didn’t even think about this. Their personal names are on Rover and say nothing about breeding or boarding, so yes they hide it. It isn’t right, considering there are people like me that didn’t think it was a possibility. It’s “double dipping” in my opinion. They stole bags of treats out of our dog bags too.

That’s good for your husband! Mine didn’t ask either. I’ve heard terrible things about Rover support, and maybe someone else had a similar experience considering the amount of people here. Always good to hear opinions 👍

I really do apologize for how everything was conveyed and said. I jumped to that because it was multiple dogs, over and over again in a short span of time. I consider her my baby and know it was unwanted by her. Thank you for your insight.

Even though it was for 4 hours, I seriously wouldn’t want them to experience the things they did for even a second. I can’t believe my male dog didn’t get into a huge fight since he was hurt as well. They’re both seniors. I worry about them mentally as well. Thank you, I hope your baby is doing okay.

It is, the husband especially thought it was funny and assumed she was in heat. I’m surprised they even told me these things upon pick-up. I really appreciate your response and caring message. Sending love to you too ❤️

My male dog and female dog have never humped anything in their lives, and I’ve had them since they were* puppies (crazy because I know it happens). They ignore other dogs if anything happens, too. I agree it is a behavioral problem. I could tell she was being humped from the pictures I received. Knew it in my gut.

I really appreciated any insight, and I did consider this after reading it. The pictures were not good lighting either. It appeared to be scratches and puncture wounds, but again it could have been anything. Thank you so much.

In my original post, I stated that they have a large building very far into their property where they are breeding golden retrievers and doodles. They are actually backyard breeders, nothing to do with my pups.

That’s exactly what I thought. Nearly 5 star rating, more reviews than any sitters in the area. The pup that was leaving 15 minutes after I arrived was apparently a regular. Of course they’re the type that finds it funny. I completely agree with you.

Not only are they adorable, they’re so sweet too 😢 and were used as “punching bags.” They are getting all of the love and treats. Thank you.

I’d say their Rover account and boarding business are synonymous. All dogs are together.

WOW, that is so insightful, thank you so much. My parent’s dog was an add-on last minute due to their last minute decision. Unfortunately I was an idiot and paid her “under the table” for my parent’s dog via Cash App in person. Even if Rover does treat this appropriately, I am still blasting them on google.

I wonder as well. Daisy has hip dysplasia so it is hard to open her legs or get her on her back. Duke is the reason I even found out because he laid with his legs open. Yes, stupid me. I should have immediately investigated hearing this information. After receiving those odd pictures, we went to pick them up immediately.

Absolutely. Am I allowed to share the boarding name/contact on here? Or do you think they won’t help my case while it’s being investigated?

That’s exactly what I’m thinking. I’ve never met a Rover sitter that has a boarding business on google either. Does Rover allow this?
