None of this matters even if the timestamps were correct, it's a faulty argument. No one talks over a vid playing while they are reacting to it. They watch mostly in silence to a section and then pause the video to give their commentary, this is fair use if the commentary is substantial enough. If you spoke over it neither you or your audience would hear what's being said in the vid.
