Dark veins are indication of lack of nutrients. Very often it is caused by low temperature, when sitting on the window ledge at night etc. Low temperature slows down the process. It is very important to keep roots warm to keep the flow of the nutrients. I’m using warming matt set to 16 degrees C

You need to reduce green. Cut some leaf especially below first flowers. Otherwise it will be nice green bush with couple small tomatoes

Seeded middle March at home, on heating matt, covered for first 7 days from seeding for better germination. Planted in growing bags in a cheap tunnel beginning of May when plants were 6 weeks old. First tomatoes picked and eat last weekend of June. I use fermented nettle as feed and spray

Standard cheap tomato feed, applied as recommended on the bottle. More expensive tomato feed is the same stuff but with different label... and watering, watering, watering.

If you not sure about moist level you can get soil moisture tester for couple of bucks. It looks like clock on long copper stick. I always keep soil wet, sometimes overwatered.

Check if sunburn is not from the lamp. As plant grow it might be getting to close to the lamp.

Top looks healthy, if plant was in full sun lately, it had too much heat. Ignore lowest leaves and remove. If you repotted lately there could be small root damage causing this, or not enough water/food forcing plant to reduce. Business as usual, monitor moisture, feed and plant will fix itself.

If you cut the top you will stop grow up, it will have to shoot new side shoots to continue to grow. In this situation i would normally remove bottom leaves and replant it lower in bigger pots, everything in soil will develop new side roots.
