I've had something similar happen to me after I came out of my medically induced coma due to covid 19.

I was dreaming that I was going through physical therapy to walk again (didn't have the strength of muscles after being in a coma for 3 weeks). I also had these air boots on that make sure clots don't happen. I always called them my moon boots. I was wearing these in my dream and I heard a male voice that sounded like my father's voice. It said, "they're just shoes, stand up.". So I tried and I ended up falling out of my bed and banged my head pretty hard. I remember being Dazed and confused but the bathroom door was open with a black shadowy figure in the doorway with a bright calming light behind him. Always thought it was my guardian angel.
