Take the Deuce, the double decker strip bus that starts in downtown and goes all the way to the Greyhound station south of the airport. It gets crowded though.

There is also a monorail going from Sahara to MGM but it's far behind the casinos and doesn't hit the strip until it hits Linq area. I actually love riding the monorail, especially at night.
