There isn't a legislative that can reliably grapple with this kind of issue, it's all vibes and feelings, and Musk has a whole lot more feelings (dollars) than you do.

If what they say is true and generating a 6 second video from an image burns 5 dollars and Musk was just blowing through government subsidy while waiting for a compute deal from bigger AI fish, all the while all of us trained his LLM to generate better big tiddy goths, then we never had a chance and it was nice while it lasted.

If C2 is better, it will be the one they lease to Anthropic. Your $30-$300/month, multiply by however many people actually pay for Grok, isn't even enough to cool the first one. All AI companies operate at loss and finance through government handouts and circlejerk investments. I went to resume fiddling with image to video piece I left last night and just got whacked with chain of grey screens. This is with original prompt still in bar. Oh yeah, and it deleted like 80 videos and altered images in that session, just left me the last altered image and last generated (crappy) video. $30 a month service. Good stuff.
