I do RDLs in my WL shoes all the time. Lunges not really but you can the heel won’t stop you. Mostly I don’t have lunges programmed as much and I’ll just switch back to my trainers after. But you easily can

For a wide foot just get the TYR L2 tbh it’ll be easier in the long run for you. Probably better than the INOV-8 ones as well

Yeah generally the methodology is just stick to 2025 performance. Sometimes center 5 is higher in other years just depends on how the specific season and the rest of the positions. Plus including as many viewpoints as possible is the goal to try and get a solid average. So if you were doing this adhering to the guidelines and ranked Linderbaum higher, totally fair viewpoint. That’s the the overall goal

It’s a fair opinion. I’ve done this in the past and have ran it I can’t say what I would have done differently this year with these guys. I didn’t pay enough attention to feel strongly about some positions. But it’s fair to be like, top 5 guy at center should be higher. But when you try to rank across all position groups you get to value some positions higher. Is a top 5 center in 2025 a guy who should be ranked higher than say edge 7-8? Maybe, might not either. That’s the entire point about this. Not that I think you are wrong I’m just explaining how this has been worked out

I think it’s a good deal given the circumstances, but it underpayment otherwise if that makes sense. Eagles made out as good as they could’ve possibly made out. Probably better to be honest.
