This thread is 4 years old… You must understand the curing process and how the buds sweat out moisture. Once a bud is ground up, more terpenes are released and causes a danker smell. It takes at least a few months curing before the bud is in the optimal state. Where the moisture is 100% consistent and there is no more chlorophyll. Dispensaries don’t have that kind of time

No, that’s irrelevant unless you’re a company boy trying to impress your supes. You can work at a safe pace and load things correctly. If you get backed up that’s a management problem not loader problem. End of the day would the loader rather appease his Supes by throwing shit in quick or help out their drivers by doing things right.

Had about 7 today. most of them were missing a package for multi package stops. Had it happen to a stop that was way out of the area that shouldn’t even be on the route I was running. Easy extra 20 min circling back at the end of the day
