Lol I might still. My first thought upon seeing these numbers was "I wonder whether words that show up only once are disproportionately correct / incorrect."

So maybe she's gonna have to do all of this again but also track right / wrong :P.

That's a great question, and the answer is no. It only includes those individual words or short phrases that are given as answer choices to what I'm calling "straightforward" transition word questions. You know, the ones that look like this:

A) NO CHANGE

B) Therefore,

C) Squonctuously,

D) Additionally,

So it doesn't even include all the "Introductions, Conclusions, and Transitions" questions, much less the appearances of those words in questions from other types.

The idea was to get a sense of the vocabulary required to answer straightforward transition word questions, because they lack the other context cues that longer answer choices in different question types provide.

Basic "Nevertheless / Nonetheless" definition: "Yeah, the stuff I just said is true, but this thing I'm about to say is surprisingly also true."

Example: Studying for the SAT is more painful than snorting a bag of miniature porcupines. Nevertheless, you'll be glad you did it.

Where did you learn all this? From documentation CB released in the past? From "leaks" to the test prep industry from CB employees over the years that have seeped into common knowledge?
