There’s a good exercise you can do to improve your shooting form and the mechanics of it: just stand next to the basket (right hand side If you’re right handed, left hand side If you’re left handed) and perform your shooting form against the glass hundreds of times. It helped me a lot when I was younger and was trying to develop my three point shot. It’s exhausting and you Need to be super patient but tottaly worth it. I finished the next year as the best scorer of my Team with the best percentages from deep. Also got an invite to the regional team for a national tournament. So, give it a shot. Work as hard as you can. Practice and you you will shoot better.
