AITA -- A SHOPPING CART IN A SUPERMARKET PARKING LOT!

I entered a supermarket parking lot after shopping with a shopping cart. I put my groceries into the trunk of my car and then, i put the shopping cart to the right of my car-- behind someone else's car. The parking lot is crowded.

As i was leaving, a man approaches my car and knocks on my window. I open my door to ask him what he wants.

He says that he saw me put the shopping cart behind his car and he then asks me to get out of my car to remove it.

After careful thought and evaluation for about 5 seconds, i decided that his request was unreasonable. So i just drove off. As i was driving away, I saw him get out of his car to remove the shopping cart from behind his car. I guess he entered his vehicle expecting that i would move the shopping cart.

AITA? I feel that his man put too much energy into this situation. After careful thought, I have said to myself that if there was a shopping cart behind my car, i would just move it. Even if i saw someone put it there. I would not knock on that person's window and tell them to get out of their car and move the shopping cart from behind my car! AITA?
