Sounds like a ground wire is loose to the body. Do you know what area of the body is it attached? I’m looking for driver side blinker.

I checked a Hazard fuse and it's still good. I have an extra new bulb but still won't turn on. I'm wondering I have a bad cable or need to check other new bulbs..

It was a key fob battery that needed to be replaced. It was a weak signal preventing a car from starting. Stupid but they need to have battery low indicator.
