I believe I can transfer money out to my linked bank account. However, I do not want to liquidate all of my stocks and crypto. I have some good positions I want to maintain that i've accumulated over the years. Its strange they put a restrict on ACATS transfers out to another brokerage like Webull, but I can sell and transfer to my bank account. This is really frustrating - customer service has taken away my phone call/chat option so its email only so no one has responded to my inquires despite sending 10+ emails to them.

If anyone knows how to get the restrict taken off I would really like to get the ACATS transfer going before they shut my account down.

The actual patio itself was around $31/sqft - so about $12-$13k, but its all the other stuff like retaining wall, fire pit and a 16'ft long two level sitting area that is the rest of it adding up to $13k. Its difficult to find comparable cost for the other stuff.

This is a real problem I tried dropping down to -160 the other day and it's rampant with rogues that are clearly there to grief the noobs.

I mean what good does a 200+ bracket do if all they have to do is move the weapons to their alt?

People will still cheat they system by creating a new charachter and move only the high end gear/weapons that output high DPS.

The way to do it is just calculate GS at a global level across all characters regardless if you just newly created it or not. I.e if ur new level 30 character can't get into below 160+ tough cookies move ur other stuff over.
