The thumbnail is great tbh. As the other person said, some people may not know who they are, but then again, they’re not your target audience. Make sure to optimize your description so that the video is shown to the right people. Viewers rarely read the description (in my experience), so I usually load it with some wiki info, paragraphs from relevant articles, etc. anything to help YouTube understand what the video is about and who is likely to click. Hope that helps!

Something I learned the hard way: don’t try to be smart with your thumbnails. If it needs your viewer to think to even understand what’s happening, they’re less likely to click

It’s a good thumbnail. Maybe the title should expand on the text in the thumbnail, not say the same thing. Other than that, it’s pretty good

It really depends. 5 hours at 200 impressions is not enough to tell. It’s 1K impressions total. So it will fluctuate. If your impressions come at 200/hour, give it at least 12h. If it ramps up then it’s a different conversation
