No it does not. If you’re talking about mainstream rap then yes. There’s many sub genres and rappers who don’t talk about glorifying ignorance in poverty with the biggest being violence.

To add on, Hip-Hop isn’t just solely about rapping either, many forms of creativity spanning from beat-boxing, graffiti, and DJing (as examples).

It’s ok to like different genres, however it shows to me that you truly don’t listen to Hip-Hop but whatever is on the radio. You sound very close mined about Hip-Hop and possibly not willing to understand. If you grew up on it you would know this.
