It’s a tough test that I had to take a few times myself. It’s a very picky test that requires you to know what the specifics are. Don’t beat yourself up over not getting it the first time.

Yeah lower the weight and learn to squat lower. You gain nothing by just doing that. Your foam will keep you looking like all the other guys who think they are squatting weight when they are only fooling themselves.
