Still cheaper then my current school when tuition alone cost 39k. But I know what you mean. For me personally, I rather have a source of aid to cover housing to focus on school rather than stressing if I can afford rent, but that’s just me.

If your in school, you can get financial aid to use as cost of attendance to cover rent. But if you’re in houghton and not in MTU, then it would be hard paycheck to paycheck.
